Classic Limousines Contract
A $200 Deposit
Must Accompany The Contract. The deposit is due 6 weeks prior to
your event. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to event unless other arrangements
have been made.
Prom
/Event Contract, condition and restrictions.(signature Required below)
American Classic Limousines strives to serve its customers wiht the ut most
in quality and service. We feel that we have one of the most unique transportation
services for special occasions. We pride ourselves in meeting our obligations
with a touch of class. We want our customers to understand fully all conditions
and restrictions that apply.
- Reservations
require a $200 deposit with this signed agreement and is due 6 weeks
prior to prom/event.
- Total balance
due must be received 3 weeks prior to prom/event or your deposit
will be forfeited
- Deposits are
not refundable unless Antique Limousines are unable to arrive for
the scheduled event
- Cancellations
must be made prior to full payment. Cancellations made after balance
has been paid will be refunded 50% of the amount.
- There is a minimum
charge for six hours or less (Prom) and three hours or less (other
events). Additional hours (over the contracted amount) will be billed
at the hourly rate and will be prorated at 15-minute increments.
- There may be
an extra charge for longer distance to arrival or from final destination
- Any damage by
any passenger or member of event party to any part of the vehicle
will be the responsibility of the individual signing the agreement.
(Must be at least 18 years old)
- No smoking at
any time in the limousine. No possession of alcohol, or possession
of illegal substances by anyone riding in any vehicle operated by
American Classic Limousines L.L.C. These rules are strictly enforced.
- We reserve the
right to substitute vehicles for your event. Mechanical failures
happen even to the newest of cars and we may need to use a vehicle
other than the one you requested. We will only substitute vehicles
in cases beyond our control in order to keep our commitment to you
and to best serve your needs.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with these rules
- ACL agrees to
provide the designated vehicle and a driver at the time, date, and
location specified on the contract.
- Unless specified
on the contract, request for additional hours will be provided only
if the vehicle is not scheduled for other work.
- Number of passengers
allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than specified number in
contract or limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designated
to carry.
- ACL reserves
the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the
event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.
- ACL and ACL chauffer
are Not responsible for an unattended, forgotten, lost, damaged or
stolen articles in the vehicle at any time.
- The sale or use
of Illegal Drugs or smoking in the vehicles is strictly forbidden.
Also, alcohol possession or consumption by minors is strictly forbidden.
There will be no standing out of moon roofs or hanging out of windows.
ACL reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any
refund to any party or person(s) who violate these rules.
- ACL is not responsible
for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical problems, airlines
and/or airport problems, automobile accident caused by other or acts
of God.
- Customer may
not attach or affix anything to the interior or exterior of the vehicle(s)
without prior permission from ACL management
- Customer accepts
full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any
loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member
or customer's group, or customer (examples: vehicle damage caused
from smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains,
wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc.) and authorizes
ACL to charge the guaranteeing credit card for the expenses regardless
and in addition to any prior understanding and agreements. If the
guaranteeing credit card is not able to be charged for any reason,
customer agrees to pay for damages within seven days from the event
date. Customer agrees to pay for any collection expenses
and /or attorney fees and costs associated with ACL's collection efforts.
- FAILURE OF CUSTOMER
TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION
OF SERVICE, REQUIRING PAYMENT IN FULL WITH NO RFUND.
At ACL's
discretion, the purchaser agrees to be fully liable for all charges
that may incur.
- $20.00 per broken
glassware, $30.00 per damaged CD, $45.00 per damaged DVD
- $50.00 minimum
for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
- $150.00 detailing
and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
- $250.00 shampoo
and disinfecting (due to sickness interior)
- $175.00 minimum
for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
- $150.00 minimum
for each act of vandalism
- Triple charge
of the above list amounts for all removed/stolen items from vehicle
- Downtime subject
to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract
